Welcome
I love designing items.
My goal in making favors, is and will always be, to provide a place for
the budget conscience person to shop to find items to help them have a
memorable event. With that in mind, Rochelle is the one and only one
that will design and process your order. Nothing is mass produced here
:-)
Rochelle's working hours are 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday. Excluding
holidays. This is when emails will generally be answered and your items
will be designed and processed.
Payment
I accept PayPal as payment at this time.
Shipping
Most items ships within 3 days. Birdseed packets, large orders and custom
orders may take longer. I ship by Priority Mail with with delivery
confirmation with a flat rate of $4.95.
Your items will ship to the address on file with PayPal.
Rochelle goes to the post office Monday - Friday. Excluding holidays.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because these items are personalized returns and exchanges
are not accepted. Upon you receiving your items if you find a mistake
that I have made I will reprint and ship them to you at no additional
cost.
I do aim to please, so if you have a problem please contact me ASAP.
Additional Policies and FAQs
-Custom orders are welcomed and could be very time consuming
emailing back and forth. To help speed up the process. Send me a email with as many details that you can about what you are looking
for. This will hopefully avoid many emails back and forward.
-Checking your emails is important. There may be a time when I have a question, this is how I will contact you. Delayed responses to my email will delay shipping your items. More importantly this helps to make sure everything
is correct before I print and ship your items.
Personalizing Your Items Some items that you are interested in, you may want to change or add something.
It's no problem, I don't know unless you let me know. Use the additional info boxes or simply email through the contact us section.
Terms and Conditions Due
to the fact that our items are personalized they can not be
returned. If you find a mistake that we have made after your approval,
we will reprint and ship out to you for no extra charge. Making Changes After
submitting your order if you found that you have made a mistake please
notify us immediately. We will let you know the status of your
order whether you can make any changes or not. No changes will
be allowed after printing has begun. You will have to place a
new order if you want your order changed. Please check your
wording very carefully before submitting your order. Printing We print our products
on white card stock paper, quality glossy paper, super bright white paper or peel and stick labels. Communication Due to security measure that are set in place by
some internet providers email system
our emails are being sent to bulk or spam folder. To fix this
problem to ensure you are getting a response to your question
or request. You can simply just add favorsbyme@bellsouth.net to
your email address book.
Privacy Policy We will not share your personal info with any 3rd party except to process your order and payment. |
